The Difference It Made for Their Households
The families who come to Trovewell often tell us afterwards that the session was simpler than they expected — and more useful than they had hoped.

What Families Have Shared
Pattraporn Jirawat
Khon Kaen
We had accumulated a lot of paperwork over the years and kept putting it off. Siriporn came to the house and we spent the morning going through everything together. She never rushed us, and by the end we had a clear printed list of what we have and where it is. I was surprised by how straightforward the session felt. Very glad we did it.

I attended the Records Care Workshop with my sister. The session was very calm — Nattawut explained things clearly without using difficult language. The handout pack was genuinely useful to take home. My only note would be that the room got a little warm, but the content more than made up for it. We left feeling much more confident about where to start.

The membership has been worth it for us. We have three children and tend to accumulate documents quickly. The templates were easy to print and adapt, and having the folder label guide meant we did not have to think too hard about how to organise things. We have redone our filing cabinet completely and feel much calmer about it now.

My mother is in her late seventies and we were worried about what would happen if we needed to locate her important papers in a hurry. The Keepsake Inventory session was perfect for us. The organiser was very patient and kind with my mother, and we now have everything documented clearly. It lifted a weight I had not fully admitted was there.

Nopparat Tansakul
Udon Thani (attended workshop)
I travelled from Udon Thani specifically for the Records Care Workshop and it was worth the trip. I had expected something more complicated. Instead it was practical and easy to follow. I do wish there had been slightly more time for questions, but the written materials cover a lot of that ground and I have been using the checklist since I got home.

We took out the membership a year ago and recently renewed without hesitation. The templates are genuinely practical and the folder guides meant we could redo our home system without having to guess at how to structure things. It has changed the way we approach keeping papers. Small thing, but it makes a real difference day to day.

A Closer Look at Three Households
A Family Preparing for the Unexpected
Challenge
An elderly parent had accumulated decades of household papers with no consistent filing system. The adult children were uncertain what documents existed, where they were stored, or how to find them if needed.
Approach
A Keepsake Inventory session was arranged at the family home. Over one morning the organiser worked alongside the parent and eldest child to sort, label, and categorise all key papers.
Outcome
The family left the session with a printed, labelled inventory and a clear folder system. Three months on, the family described the session as one of the most practically useful things they had done together.
"It felt gentle and respectful. My mother was comfortable throughout, which was the most important thing."
Two Siblings Who Needed a Shared Starting Point
Challenge
Two adult siblings had inherited responsibility for managing their parents' household records but had no common understanding of how records are typically organised or what a good system looks like.
Approach
Both attended the Records Care Workshop together. The workshop gave them a shared vocabulary and a practical framework to take home and apply to their parents' paperwork.
Outcome
Using the workshop handout as a guide, the siblings reorganised the family's papers within two weeks of attending. They later enrolled in the membership for ongoing access to templates.
"We both felt much less anxious afterwards. Having a clear starting point was exactly what we needed."
A Young Family Building Good Habits Early
Challenge
A couple with young children wanted to begin keeping family records well from the start, rather than waiting until things became complicated. They were unsure where to begin.
Approach
They subscribed to the Cherished Records Membership and used the templates to set up a simple filing system at home. The folder-labelling guides gave them a structure they could maintain independently.
Outcome
Eighteen months into their membership, the couple described their filing system as something that has genuinely reduced household friction. They have recently introduced a section for each child's records.
"Starting early was the right decision. The templates made it easy to know where to put things."
