1. About Trovewell

Trovewell is a document organisation and information service based in Khon Kaen, Thailand. We assist families in arranging personal and household records in an orderly and accessible way.

All services offered by Trovewell are general and educational in nature. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, medical guidance, or any other form of professional or regulated advice. Nothing communicated by Trovewell, whether in writing, verbally, or through any material, constitutes such advice.

2. Services Described

Trovewell currently offers three services:

• Keepsake Inventory Help (฿3,400) An administrative session to help households organise belongings and important papers into a clear, labelled inventory. This service provides organisational and information support only.
• Records Care Workshop (฿9,800) A general-education workshop covering how family records are commonly arranged and maintained. Content is general in nature and is never tailored to any individual's circumstances.
• Cherished Records Membership (฿22,000) Ongoing access to general templates, checklists, and information sheets intended to support the steady organisation of family records over time. All materials are informational only.

3. Scope of Services

Trovewell's services are limited to the following:

• General document organisation and labelling support
• Sharing publicly available information about record-keeping practices
• Providing general educational workshop content
• Supplying template documents and informational checklists

We do not interpret documents, advise on their legal or financial significance, or make recommendations about actions you should take based on their contents.

4. Booking and Payment

All service bookings are subject to availability. Fees are payable in Thai Baht (฿) as listed on our website at the time of booking. Trovewell reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Trovewell does not store payment card details. Any payment processing is handled by third-party providers under their own terms and security standards.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation terms vary by service type and will be communicated clearly at the point of booking.

Trovewell reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide adequate notice and a suitable alternative.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by Trovewell — including templates, checklists, workshop handouts, and written guides — remain the intellectual property of Trovewell unless otherwise stated in writing.

Materials are provided for the personal use of the individual or household that purchased the relevant service. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, or shared commercially without prior written permission from Trovewell.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trovewell's services are informational and organisational in nature. We make no representations about the suitability, completeness, or accuracy of any information shared in the course of our services for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trovewell shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from reliance on information provided in any session, workshop, template, or material.

We strongly encourage all clients to seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals — including solicitors, financial advisers, or other registered practitioners — for matters requiring specialist guidance.

8. Privacy and Data

The collection, use, and storage of personal data provided to Trovewell is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By engaging our services, you agree to the handling of your personal data as described therein.

The Trovewell website is provided for general informational purposes. While we take reasonable care to keep information current and accurate, we make no warranties about the completeness or fitness of any content for a particular purpose.
