A Careful Approach, at Every Step
Warm & Unhurried
Sessions move at the pace that feels right for your household. There is no pressure to cover more than you are ready for on any given day.
Clearly Labelled Systems
Every output is a labelled, easy-to-read inventory. Family members can find what they need without confusion, even years from now.
Discreet & Respectful
We handle sensitive family records with care and discretion. Your personal information is treated with the same respect we would wish for our own.
Educational, Not Prescriptive
All content is general and educational. We share knowledge and frameworks rather than instructions for specific situations.
Practical Templates Included
Membership and workshop participants receive ready-to-use checklists and folder structures that make the task of organising feel manageable.
Built for the Long Term
Good record-keeping is an ongoing practice. Our membership option is designed to grow with your family over months and years, not just a single session.
Would you like your family's records in careful order?
Reach out at any time. We are happy to answer questions and help you decide which session or programme suits your household. No commitment required.
Frequently Asked
What exactly does a Keepsake Inventory session involve?
A Keepsake Inventory session is a one-to-one administrative meeting in which we work alongside you to organise existing papers and belongings into a clearly labelled list. We follow your lead throughout and only cover what you feel comfortable sharing. The output is a tidy, readable inventory — nothing more. We do not give any form of advice during the session.
Is the Records Care Workshop suitable for people with no prior experience?
Absolutely. The workshop is designed with plain, everyday language and assumes no background knowledge. It covers general information on how families commonly keep and categorise their records, using clear examples and practical handouts. The setting is small and unhurried, so there is plenty of space to ask questions at your own pace.
What is included in the Cherished Records Membership?
Members receive ongoing access to a collection of general templates, folder-labelling guides, and information sheets covering common approaches to family record-keeping. Materials are updated periodically and are available to download and use at home. All content is general and informational — it is not tailored to any individual family's situation.
How long does a Keepsake Inventory session take?
Most sessions run between two and three hours, depending on the volume of papers and the pace you prefer. We never rush through important items, and it is perfectly fine to pause, take a break, or continue another day if needed. The session is entirely yours to direct.
Do you provide any form of personal, professional, or specialist advice?
No. Trovewell provides general information and document organisation support only. Our sessions, workshops, and membership materials do not constitute advice of any kind. For questions requiring a qualified professional, we recommend contacting an appropriate specialist.
